Human rights are guaranteed by a universal declaration and proclamation signed in 1948 by a host of nations largely a result of the atrocities of world war II. This document presents very clear and distinct guidelines for international lawyers, and the United Nations has very clear and precise treaties ratified to protect citizens worldwide! Additionally there are human rights activist groups that work together to uphold these right internationally when they find them to be against the rights established for everyone in every border in every nation state, regardless! So never give up hope! SIGNIFICANT changes have occurred because of this document; and more are to come, it is inevitable trust me. I have several years of research on this subject.
